Antelope Creek Farms is a working cattle ranch in Lometa, Texas, with two barns, a waterfall, wide lawns and two guest houses, one to get ready in and one to stay the night. Micro event, fewer than 50 guests

Monday to Friday: $3,250 per day

Friday booked with Saturday and Sunday: $1,500

Saturday and Sunday: $3,750 per day

Full venue, 50 or more guests

Monday to Friday: $5,000 per day

Friday booked with Saturday and Sunday: $2,000

Saturday and Sunday: $6,500 per day

OVERNIGHT STAYS

7W Guest House sleeps 6. The first night is included with your rental. Additional nights are $200 Sunday to Thursday and $300 Friday and Saturday. Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Hotel occupancy tax is not included.

The Faubion Guest House is available for day-of use only as the Bridal Suite. It is not available for overnight stays.

GOOD TO KNOW

A 50% deposit and signed agreement hold your date, with the balance due 90 days before your event.

A refundable $1,500 damage deposit is due 30 days before your event.

Day-of security is required for 50 or more guests or any alcohol service ($850 per guard per day, one guard per 100 guests).

6.25% state sales tax applies to applicable items and 6% county hotel occupancy tax applies to overnight stays.
